Discover our delightful tiny home, ideally situated mere moments from the stunning Papamoa Beach. Embrace the flawless fusion of comfort and beachside living in this hidden gem of a tiny home. Meticulously crafted, this space offers both seclusion and serenity, featuring a luxurious spa for your relaxation needs while remaining conveniently close to the iconic Mount Maunganui. Drive or walk just a couple of Km’s down the road for some beautiful cafe’s & restaurants situated around Papamoa.

Beach hideaway

Our place is close to the beach (2 minutes walk), public transport and five minutes drive from Papamoa shopping centre. It is a fully self-contained unit which is part of our house, with its own entrance and private driveway and backyard with BBQ. You’ll love it because of the location and privacy. It is suitable for couples, or possibly a family with one child and a baby. In the lounge we have a day bed similar size to a small single bed. We also have a portacot for a baby if needed.

‘A Stone’s Throw’ Papamoa Beach Studio, 200m>Beach

Modern Beach Studio with own ranchslider entrance; integral double garage separates Studio from main house. Door in Studio leads to garage (lockable from your side). If you wish to store anything you need to request this otherwise the door is also locked from garage side. Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Quiet location.

Large bedsit flat with kitchen and bathroom

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Papamoa Beach - Holiday Cabin

Welcome to our holiday cabin located by Papamoa Beach. A double studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom, a mini kitchenette tucked away in a cupboard. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. Off street parking. Weekly and monthly discounts offered.

Sea Peeks

Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

Sea-breeze Private Escape

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is only a two minute walk to the beach. One of a kind, this brand new luxury one bedroom unit has all the comforts and amenities of a full house while being the perfect size for a couple to get away. The home has a full kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom and own laundry area. Extremely private, the property has its own undercover outdoor deck/dining area, lawn with gardens and is fully fenced with its own driveway.

Aloha Beach House - one block from Papamoa beach

Come stay & play one block back from Papamoa Beach! This sun drenched house is set back from the road on a quiet street where you can relax & escape to the beach. This house is ideally located on the fringe of the Coast Shops (Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafe, Gastropub) at the beginning of Papamoa. The indoor/ outdoor flow is an entertainers dream. The living areas & kitchen are north facing opening out onto 2 separate sunny decks surrounded by tropical garden.

Beach Front Mount Maunganui

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. This spacious luxe guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Bedroom is separate from the living area and has a modern ensuite. The suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach. Washing machine available.

Private 2bdrm unit 20 metres from the beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space just a stones throw from the beach. The unit is located under the main house and has been recently renovated. In the unit is a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a large new bathroom and two lovely bedrooms. All appliances and linens are new. Directly across the road is access to the beach and its just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and resturants.
