Lovely studio - Great food & surf on the doorstep!

Beautifully appointed Studio in perfect location on the main road. Short walk to beach & surf and many restaurants close by. Ronnie's supermarket is just a short walk along the road. There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.

If this unit is booked please look at our other units "Montezuma Heights'(Mariposa, Buho, Geco and Art house). All have their own beauty!!There are not many places left like this , please enjoy it. Casa Mirador is located a few minutes up the hill from Montezuma. It is very close to the trail to the upper water fall and is about a 20 minute walk down to town. It has a fantastic view, great breezes and a pool that is shared with Casa Tranquila. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine. Casa Mirador is an upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Our caretakers live in the downstairs apartment.
