This new two-bedroom rural retreat is ideal for a relaxing break with family/ friends. Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

Welcome to our Kapiti Getaway. A total escape and peaceful place to unwind. The house has plenty of space and a gorgeous sunny outlook. Located in beautiful Otaihanga at the end of a quiet cul de sac 3 minutes walk from Waikanae river. Here you can walk to the Waikanae Estuary Scientific Reserve, Kāpiti beaches or join the Kāpiti Coastal Cycle Route and Te Araroa Walking Trail. You have access to all that the coast offers with beautiful beaches at Waikanae and Paraparaumu a short drive away.

Kokomea - means the glow of the sunset. This is a private peaceful property with a pleasant rural outlook towards the Hemi Matenga ridge. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Attached to my garage, this studio offers quality furnishings and facilities. Short stroll to train station and coastlands shopping mall. Paraparaumu Beach is just an 8 minute drive. Two family dogs on the property but kept away from studio area. Please note railwayline backs on to property. The studio has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and fridge freezer. Continental breakfast is provided.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.
