Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v majhni vasici na hribu blizu Kopra, in je obdana s čudovito naravo, dih jemajočimi razgledi, vinogradi in oljčnimi nasadi. Kljub temu da je bila hiša prenovljena, smo želeli ohraniti izvirni istrski slog. Casa del nonno je zagotovo idealen kraj za tiste, ki si želijo odmakniti od mestnega vrveža ter si želijo sproščenega in udobnega bivanja v sožitju z naravo.

Villa di Istria is a unique boutique residence offered exclusively as a private villa, combining two independent apartments. Accommodating up to 11 guests, its thoughtfully designed layout allows guests to enjoy quality time together while still maintaining plenty of privacy. The heart of the property is its private wellness area, featuring a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, pergola, and a summer kitchen.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!
