In dem mittelalterlichen Burgdorf Mulazzo , 2024 in die Liste der "I più belli borghi d'Italia" aufgenommen, findet man Ruhe, spektakuläre Ausblicke auf das Magra-Tal und die Apuanischen Alpen. Es ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt zu den herrlichen Küstenstädten der Toskana und Liguriens, allen voran die berühmten Dörfer der Cinque Terre. Berge und Meer.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Adatta per chi ricerca pace e tranquillità a contatto con la natura che fa padrona al borgo medievale. A 6 km si trova l'uscita A15 di Pontremoli che collega in 30-40 minuti La Spezia e le successive meravigliose 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto ed altre località turistiche degne di nota sia sulla costa marina Ligure che su quella Toscana.

Ristrutturata nel 2024, l'immobile è totalmente indipendente. È composto da due piani, uno dei quali è privo di barriere architettoniche e quindi totalmente accessibile a disabili e persone anziane. Promuoviamo una mobilità sostenibile mettendo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti una colonnina di ricarica per auto elettriche.

Una vacanza culturale ma anche il piacere di stare insieme come non siamo più abituati, lontano dalla connessione continua. La casa gode del panorama più bello del paese, uno spettacolo continuo con tramonti mozzafiato.

An indipendent farmhouse in the countryside near to the medieval town Varese Ligure. 30 minutes by car from Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante and 1 hour to Portofino. We are also not far from Genoa, Pisa, Parma and other historical italian cities. It is a restored old farm, running biological agriculture. We have a swimming pool (open from May 15th to September 15th). Seasonal biological producs are avaible, pets are welcome.
