New-built Chalet is excellent base for all Northwestern WY, Adventures. Set within the Absaroka Mts. (the Northern end of the Rocky Mts.) Only 20 mins.-Cody & 20 mins. East gate-Yellowstone. Only 1 mile to Jim Mountain trail head for access to the Shoshone N.F. & a short walk to the community's Privet Shoshone River access, Shore & fishing. We are so happy to share our magnificent location with its mountain views, activities & wildlife (Chipmunks Fox's,Coyotes, Mule Deer,Moose,Grizzly Bear).

Cody Trout Ranch Camp Trout Tipi

You can rent and stay in one of our fully furnished tipis near our fishing pond. The tipis have charcoal only grills, picnic tables, and there is a community fire pit nearby. There are clean laundry, bathroom, and shower facilities near the office, just up a small hill from the tipis. There is electricity available for guests with medical needs. NOTE: These are canvas tipis, which means the doors cannot be locked, there are holes in the top for airflow, and there is no wifi or running water.

The homestead cabin is located 30 miles southwest of Cody, Wyoming, and 90 minutes from the East Gate to Yellowstone National Park. Hardpan Creek can be heard from the cabin and guests enjoy our abundant trails, hiking, fishing, hunting, biking, camping, stargazing, and photographic opportunities. Abundant wildlife provides a safari like experience.

The unit has a view of the mountains from the glass sliding door entrance, and is just steps away from the Shoshone River. Two toilets, a bath/shower, shower, laundry, kitchen.

Welcome to Highland Bunkhouse! This original bunkhouse, built in 1925, has been fully updated to include hardwood floors, granite countertops, new windows, new doors, and a bathroom. Period light fixtures and antique furnishings add to its charm. This studio style bunkhouse has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.
