The 1938 Barn

The 1938 Barn is located in the ❤ of Covered Bridge Country in Parke County. You will love the rustic charm of this converted hay barn built in 1938. Come relax by the camp fire or explore our many Covered Bridges and local State Parks. The farm also hosts Henry's Market, a market garden providing fresh meat and vegetables which makes summertime an excellent time to visit! Please note: There is NO WI-FI, NO CABLE. We have a selection of DVDs. Limited cell service, AT&T works best.

The Getaway House with Hot Tub and Pool

Enjoy the beautiful hot tub year round with the woods as your view, along with a screened-in area on the back deck and a semi-inground, heated swimming pool! Roasting marshmallows over a campfire is perfect for those cool evenings on the large concrete fire pit (firewood is available, free of charge). The Rural House

Rural setting with big yard located 15 minutes from the Covered bridge festival and 1 block away from Turkey Run. Enjoy watching nature and listening to Amish horses pass by in this nice, peaceful, Amish area. We are currently finishing the complete remodel and don’t plan on being completely ready for guests until October 1st. Some photos still show we have work to do, but we will leave no stone unturned turned when it’s finished.

Sugar Creek Cabin

This cabin is on a wooded 40 acres and just a couple miles from Turkey Run State Park. The hollers, hills and trails roll down from the cabin to Sugar Creek. It’s very common to see deer and wild turkey in the yard or just in the woods. Explore the 40 acres or take a quick trip to TRSP for some incredible trails (Park Pass included).
