The Rock Loft on the Historic Adelaida Wine Trail

Stoke a wood-burning stove tucked into a corner where a rock wall forms an entire side of the house. This rustic aesthetic is reflected in stained timber floors and a concrete kitchen island, as well as corrugated metal used as a building material. The 1 bederoom loft style home has just been fully remodeled. We opened up the space to create a truly unique experience. The back of the home is exposed to the 20 foot original rock retaining wall. Guest have access to the entire house plus, outside gathering area and a long paved driveway that is great for a stroll - you can even hike to the hilltop for a peak of the Paso Robles rolling hills. There are pastures in front of the house that is currently home to our Texas Longhorn Ladies and the new baby. They can be viewed from the drive way and may get close if you offer them a snack. We don't live on the property, but there is a caretaker located on the grounds that can be reached for emergencies. We are located only a few minutes away if you need anything else, please feel free to call or text. The Loft is on a 16-acre property at the start of the Adelaida Road Wine Trail. Immediate neighboring wineries and businesses include Mt. Olive Organic Farm, Alta Colina Winery, Re:Fine Distillery, Wild Coyote Estate Winery and Daou Winery! We have another larger vacation rental on the property, please inquire if you are interested in booking both homes or if you have any other questions. Bathroom has a full size shower, no bath. Kitchen includes a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, gas stove-top with oven, with a variety of pans, toaster, and microwave. Pellet stove for heat, no air condition but plenty of ceiling fans.

The Bianchi Vineyard House is the perfect spot for your wine country getaway. Our 3 bedroom/2 bath house sleeps up to six adults and includes a full kitchen, BBQ out back, plus, there's a California-Italian restaurant onsite. After a day of wine tasting sit on the patio looking out at the waterfall fed lake full of Koi fish, while enjoying a stunning sunset. The house is less than 10 minutes to Downtown Paso Robles, amazing wineries, Hunter Ranch Golf Course, and Field of Light at Sensario.

Located on Peachy Canyon Road, a main artery connecting many Paso Robles west side wineries, you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while still being only 15 minutes away from all that downtown Paso Robles and Templeton have to offer. Soaring 11 foot ceilings, give the cozy space a large and airy feel, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, great room and gourmet kitchen. On two terraced acres, the back yard includes a dining area, bocce ball court and fire pit.

This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

This Spanish bungalow is located on desirable Chestnut Street on west side Paso Robles. Open kitchen is fully-stocked and features quartz countertops and subway tile with an adorable bistro table for two. An attached sunroom allows dining for six. This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood, and sits on a hill overlooking downtown.
