This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). Enjoy your stay in our refurbished studio apartment on our working Dairy Farm here in the beautiful area of Nidderdale. It’s compact but makes a great base for odd night/weekend stays. There is onsite parking. It’s well located for discovering the nearby attractions of Pateley Bridge, Brimham Rocks, the Cathedral City of Ripon and Fountains Abbey. We are situated just above the popular Nidderdale Way so our apartments a great base for those who enjoy walking. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

This is one of three lovely shepherds hut in a woodland garden retreat. We are five minutes walk from the pretty dales town of Pateley Bridge and a field away from the Nidderdale Way. Woodside Hut has a double bed, wood burning stove and small kitchen with two ring hob and fridge. We have separate showers and toilets with underfloor heating and a secure drying room. On a Summer's evening open the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful sunshine overlooking the pond and in winter light up the stove to create that warm glow. The cottage is situated on a working farm in the area of outstanding natural beauty. You can collect your keys from the key safe and Kim, Janet and Emma are close by should you need anything.
