In luglio 2023 sono stati fatti dei lavori di riqualificazione, non c'è piu un ingresso in comune con noi, ma la casa è tutta per voi! Benvenuti!

This cozy attic has two underground lines at doorstep. You can easily reach Central Station (by underground in 7 minutes, by walking in 15 minutes); The Dome in 30 minutes walking or 15 minutes by metro. Every side of the city is near and the neighborhood is polite and the district is safe and quiet. The penthouse is completely new, on the 7th floor of a recently renewed palace. Due to soundproofed glasses it is very quiet at night. Enjoy the stunning terrace with a good glass of italian wine!

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Amo molto questo ampio bilocale di 69 mq. Mi ha colpito la sua luminosità, i tramonti ad ovest con vista sulla città, l'openspace spazioso con penisola per cucinare. Perfetta per chi cerca un posto in cui sentirsi in pace con tutti i comfort, restando vicino al centro. Arredata in stile minimal ed elegante. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della Metro M1 Sesto Rondò, in 20 minuti di metro si arriva al Duomo di Milano. Sotto casa sono presenti un panificio, un ristorante e negozi.
