Enjoy the local deer in the backyard. It is centrally located, 30 minutes from Sedona and Cottonwood, 45minutes from Jerome and 2 hours from Grand Canyon. Check out the local ruin's, Montezuma Well, Bell Trail to the crack, or enjoy beaver creek. Dogs are welcome fee $20, specify you are traveling with a pet.

Guests enjoy a private heated bathhouse with an enclosed shower located directly behind the wagon. Two Adirondack chairs outside each wagon provide a cozy spot to relax under the Arizona sky.

The Sedona/Verde Valley is an amazing Arizona location to experience all there is to do in Arizona. Our home will allow you and your family to enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing time. Situated on a large lot with a fenced backyard, split floor plan with fully functional kitchen and dining area. Sedona/Jerome/Wineries/Out of Africa/Verde Canyon Railroad/Verde River/Hiking...just to name a few things to do. 1 pet less than 50 lbs allowed for an additional pet fee.

Southwest by South, Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub

Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly (up to 30 lbs, can make exceptions), but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home.

Clean and peaceful home near the Verde River

Relax with loved ones in this clean and cozy home. The living room is in an open area next to the kitchen and dining area - great for visiting. The living room and all three bedrooms have wall mounted t.v.'s. I tried two different internet services (high speed) with poor results. I have since purchased Star Link and it is fantastic! I'm so excited about how it will elevate the guest experience. Stargazing on the back patio furniture is the best!

Private parking space right next to your cabin. Can accommodate toy trailer.
