Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while watching plenty of wildlife from the 3 private decks that offer amazing views. Unwind with a beverage on the largest deck, cozy up to the fire table, or have a morning coffee on the upper level deck up in the trees. We allow dogs and many Prescott eateries have dog-friendly patios where you can dine together.

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

This quiet and secluded stone cottage is set in 3 acres bordering the Prescott National Forest. It is the perfect place to explore both Prescott and the local hiking/Bike and OHV trails. Goldwater Lake is just 2 miles away and is a gorgeous spot for hiking, fishing, kayaking and picnicking. The home is located on a very quiet dead end street and offers a fantastic view. Only a mile from Safeway and shopping. The property includes 2.2 acres. The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package.
