Our old house has been built 500 years ago and completely renovated at 2011. It takes place in quite, Mediterranean street in center of Mali Ston, down second largest walls in entire world. House is nice place for everyone, especially for families. Mali Ston is just 45 kilometers away from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is famous for its historical heritage which is under UNESCO protection. Mali Ston is close to the Medugorje(85 km) and Split(180 km). Also, you can easily go to Korčula and Mljent island

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

My place is located in the National Park Mljet (Polace), a few meters from the sea, very close to the Roman palace remains. It has a great view, you’ll love it because of the mediterranean ambiance which is full of life. Studio apartment has 25 m2 with a terrace of 12 m2, it is great for couples and solo adventurers.
