BE AWARE THIS IS ON A GRAVEL ROAD ABOUT TWO MILES FROM TOWN. Local Hospital is about 10 minute drive. Indian Hills Community College is about 8 minute drive. Country living! 12 Minutes to the center of Ottumwa. No Pets allowed! No Smoking, No Candles. Be aware there is not a washer and dryer.
