This house is a tribute to our dearest mother Ioanna who was born in this village and her wish was a house by the sea she so adored. It's our family getaway, our childhood paradise of joy,swimming and daydreaming. We are happy to host guests and families who love nature, sea and peace. Enjoy its special vibe and location, amazing sea view, peaceful surrounding with no direct neighboors. Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. We welcome you to our cottage house in Taktikoupoli Troizinias. The ideal place to relax, enjoy nature and explore, only 1 km away from the sea (by car). Also, it is close to the Volcano of Methana, Vathi marina, the Ancient Theater of Epudaurus, Devil’s Bridge, Lake of Psifta and Poros island. All you need is a car or a motorcycle and travelling mood! But how can you come? By car via Korinthos and Epidaurus or by ship via Methana or Poros.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
