The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use hence the reduced price. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

Local convenient store and country pub (The Poundffald Inn) within 5 minutes walk. Situated on the gateway to the Gower Peninsula which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with award winning beaches, woodlands and beauty spots to explore. A 17 minute drive to Mumbles and Swansea Bay with boutique shopping, pier and castle.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The Grooms Quarters is situated in Pen Y Fernal Farm, you can enjoy the beautiful views looking out over the Loughor Estuary and to Pen-clawdd famous for There cockles. Great location with the Millennium Coastal Path just 4miles great for location for any Walker or cyclists or for someone that just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside & beaches.your welcome to bring your dog additional charge will be required upon arrival.£15. Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The cottage is welcoming for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families.
