At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

Cozy NE Portland Neighborhood Studio, walkable!

This light and bright studio is the lower level of our family home in the Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. Enjoy your own entrance and private space. This open studio can accommodate two people with a soft and comfortable queen bed, an eating area with table and chairs, a private bathroom with tile shower, TV, and kitchenette. While there is no shared space, please keep in mind you may hear footsteps, voices, or noise from above at points throughout the day, and we do have small children.

Willamette Boulevard Guest House

Our private entrance studio basement apartment with a queen bed, sofa, kitchenette, 4d tv, and fiber internet is the perfect home base from which to begin your Portland adventure! We are a block and a half from the MAX train yellow line which can get you downtown in a 1/2 hour, but you won’t need to go far; we are in a great neighborhood! There are great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops a quick walk away. *Note: We only consider guests with reviews and do not accept 3rd party bookings.*

Enjoy a private stay at this modern tiny home with easy access to local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a block away or a 5-10min drive to popular neighborhoods such as Mississippi, Alberta and Williams. You'll have everything you need to be comfortable in this cozy, fully functional home that features a queen size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and off street parking in our driveway. We are dog friendly so feel free to bring your well-trained pup! No cats please due to allergies.

Comfortable, no-smoking modern basement studio with private entrance, only minutes away from downtown and located in safe, quiet Piedmont neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. Comfy queen size bed, private full bath and full kitchen with a full set of amenities, including 1Gb Internet service (wired and wireless). One or two adult guests. No infants or children please due to an abundance of caution regarding the stairs that lead to the space. No pets or animals of any kind allowed.

Enjoy our private entry way studio carriage house located behind our main home in the middle of Piedmont. Right next to Peninsula park and the Rosa Parks MAX Station, you'll be a walk away from a rose garden picnic, and stops away from City Center. The walk-up studio is fit with a full sized bed, a day bed/couch, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. If you feel the need to use the full kitchen, stop by New Seasons located two blocks away, for some ingredients.

Spacious Suite - Private Entry - Hip Kitchenette

Enjoy North Portland’s most loved shops, bars, and restaurants from this fresh and recently renovated suite. This 800sf immaculately clean space features one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchenette, and sitting room. You’ll love its easy parking, proximity to downtown (10 min. drive or 2 blocks to the light rail), and convenient access to the freeway (explore the Columbia Gorge or the Oregon Coast). Reservations must reflect the correct number of guests.
