Il est possible de pêcher sur un lac privé situé à 400 mètres et aussi au lac du Lourbet à 2km .

Sited on 1 hectare of private grounds, surrounded by farmland, 15 minutes south of the Dordogne. Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 1 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Ce logement situé dans une maison en bois avec entrée indépendante, construite dans un style moderne. Il s'agit d'une occasion unique de passer du temps dans une véritable maison finlandaise. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et boisé, à 3 minutes par voiture du centre du village, datant du XIIIe siècle et classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Il est possible de réserver un petit déjeuner ou dîner auprès de la maîtresse de maison (chef cuisinier professionnel).

Welcome to your private ivy-covered house in the beautiful countryside of the Lot-et-Garonne. Enjoy the greenery on our land and your private patio and garden. The house has a fireplace, high-speed wifi and a washing machine for your laundry. On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property. We can add a bed for 1 or 2 kids (contact us).

Welkom in onze gîte Le Pivert. Deze vrijstaande gîte ligt op het kleine vakantiedomein “Aux Martis”, op het prachtige platteland van Lot-et-Garonne (op de grens met de Dordogne). Aan het einde van een grindpad en verscholen tussen oude eikenbomen, zou je denken dat je midden in de natuur zit. Maar de beschaving ligt om de hoek en de gîte is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het terras kijkt uit over de vallei en een klein pad leidt naar het zwembad voor een verfrissende duik.

The Cottage is located just a few minutes from the lively town of Eymet offering all facilities with some amazing cafe’s, bars and restaurants. The property is a great gateway to the Dordogne and the local Pays de Bastides market towns of Monpazier, Eymet, Beaumont, Issigeac.
