With its large north facing balcony overlooking Hastings Street you will be basking in sun or enjoying the sunset from the balcony bar. Attractively decorated and fully equipped it is the perfect location for all stays. Main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite, 2nd bedroom 2 singles with a private bathroom. Lift access, a full Kitchen, laundry and access to resort pool, spas, sauna and BBQ’s.

Off-street parking; 6 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the cafes and boutiques of Peregian village. Noosa is a 10 min drive away.

Unwind and relax on your deck or in the Resort tropical gardens and pools space, after a day exploring. Complementary champagne breakfast. Perfect for 1 couple or small families. Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.

Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.
