Nestled on one of the highest points of Peregian Beach, Bella Vista is a beautiful oasis, overlooking the ocean. The spacious, well appointed apartment is located on the ground floor of our home, offering separate/private entry, private courtyard, hot spa, garden & direct access to a large saltwater pool (heated in the summer months). Off-street parking; 6 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk (3 minute drive) to the cafes and boutiques of Peregian village. Noosa is a 10 min drive away.

This home is in a secluded, elevated location with breathtaking views and only a short drive to the best Sunshine Coast beaches. Surrounded by nature and trees it will take you only moments to relax and unwind. The open plan kitchen and living areas look over the large deck and to the pool. There are two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor firepit to enjoy during the cooler months, perfect to relax by with a glass of wine. Mirembe is a Ugandan word meaning peace and tranquillity; this perfectly describes our 45 acre property. The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. Take a stroll through our private trails: Nature surrounds you. Breakfast food supplied, and a few locally made frozen dinners in the freezer- but not free.

Our home is Located in Peregian Beach and only a short stroll from Peregian Village and the patrolled beach. Our home has an open plan design throughout with views of the hinterland and coast line. The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.
