The house has 3 large bedrooms, each one with its queen bed, private bathroom and shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning units, the main living area has high ceiling fans too. The pool is central in the house and accessible from the two bedrooms. There is WIFI. Secure, it has alarm+safe, Laundry facilities are available (new washer and dryer) and it has a private parking place. The house can be reached via easy roads to drive, close to Uvita and within walking distance to the beach.
