The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

You will have your own place to stay in Scarborough. The Guest house is in a separate building adjacent to the main house, overlooks the property garden and swimming pool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The location is in Scarborough near a big park, within a walking distance to the beach (approx. 900m), café strip and bus stop (approx 500m).

There is a park across the road with a playground. Unlimited free street parking in front of the property. The guesthouse is on the bus route to the Perth CBD.
