La Bita is a lovely typical Tuscan cottage that overlooks UNESCO's Heritage Orcia Valley. Located in the countryside of the medieval hamlet of Radicofani, it's surrounded by 3 hectares of private land and includes an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally Jun-Sep), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and free parking area (uncovered). Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Seccatoio is a detached stone house with an area of 60m². It can accommodate 2-4 people and has the bedroom on the first floor, under the antique roof. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large bathroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It offers a beautiful view of Monte Amiata. From the living you have acces to a terrace with dining table and grill in the shade of a pergola and another small terrace in front of the kitchen to enjoy the sunsets.

Fonte di Sopra è un appartamento di 86mq al piano. superiore con 1 camera matrimoniale ed 1 camera doppia/matrimoniale. Oltre al soggiorno con cucina ha un'area porticata (18mq) sullo spazio giardino. In questi spazi esterni ci sono tavolo e sedie per cenare all'aperto , e comode sdraio per ammirare il magnifico cielo stellato della Maremma. The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!
