Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.

Appartamento a Cordenons nuovo e centralissimo

Il mio alloggio è in una corte privata, vicinissimo alla piazza di Cordenons. La fermata del bus che porta in centro a Pordenone e in fiera è davanti all'appartamento. Finemente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort. Connessione internet e Netflix. Ingresso indipendente. Disposto su un piano, non ci sono scalini. Spazio esterno per fumare. Parcheggio riservato nella corte. Soggiorno minimo 2 notti. Curo personalmente la pulizia dei locali. Eseguo make up/trucco per serate e occasioni speciali.

All’interno dell’appartamento troverete tutto l’occorrente per la cura della persona e per cucinare a casa. L’alloggio si trova a cinque minuti dall’uscita autostradale A28 di Porcia e nelle immediate vicinanze dell’azienda Electrolux. Posizione strategica anche per raggiungere l'Ospedale Civile, il CRO di Aviano e le limitrofe località di mare e montagna.

Mansarda rinnovata con ingresso autonomo al primo piano di una casa unifamiliare con giardino. Si compone di camera matrimoniale, cameretta singola, bagno privato, lavanderia, ampio soggiorno con TV e cucina attrezzata con piano cottura ad induzione, macchina caffè, frigo e microonde. L'abitazione è inserita in una tranquilla zona residenziale nelle vicinanze (150 m) di un centro commerciale aperto 7 gg su 7 e di uno snodo stradale che facilita i collegamenti per ogni direzione.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

At EZ Flower, we dedicated a flower to each room (Peonies, Irises, and Daffodils), inspired by the nature of the parks that decorates three of Italy's most beautiful villages: *Burovich Garden (Sesto al Reghena) *Villa Freschi/Piccolomini Park (Cordovado) *Palazzo Altan/Rota Garden (S. Vito al Tagliamento), of which the apartment is located at the center. EZ Flower has private parking and entrance. We hope our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.
