Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

We are within easy access of the A1 between Peterborough and Cambridge, yet our location is very rural, surrounded by open fields. There is secure parking in the driveway of the cottage with a locked gate. We offer a great choice of cooked breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the traditional dining room, or open the door that leads out to the breakfast patio with views over the garden and fields beyond.

Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Located just outside Kimbolton 'The Old Stables' is the perfect place to relax. It has 2 king bedrooms with a feature roll top bath. It is spacious yet very comfortable. We have chickens and bee hives, which don’t bother us but means we can offer eggs and honey for breakfast with fresh coffee and toast. We are within reach of Sywell reservoir, Northampton, Althorp, Salcey forest and Silverstone. We have 2 cats which stay out of the way of strangers.

We live in a Victorian town house and your double room within our home is light and airy with a private shower room (no bath, and not en suite but just a few steps away across a small landing). It is a five minute walk to the town centre with its great choice of shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Public transport links are also nearby and we are a two minute walk to the local Waitrose store. Continental breakfast provided.
