Agave è un appartamento ristrutturato di ultima generazione, con una grande camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina open space con piano ad induzione fornita di ogni necessario. E' inoltre dotata un bel balcone che apre al panorama. La struttura è gestita interamente da un host sempre a disposizione, molto gentile e cordiale. Inoltre l'attività dispone di numerosi servizi come la spesa a domicilio e asporto in loco.

Appartamento di 60 mq ristrutturato dotato di tutti i comfort, in grado di ospitare fino a 4 persone, ma aggiungiamo culla per bimbi. CASA LIETA è composto da ampio salone con camino, terrazzo, cucina con forno, camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia. Wifi gratuito. Assisi è a soli 3.5 km, facilmente raggiungibile in macchina e in autobus. Comodo parcheggio riservato. La Casa è dotata di un bel giardino. E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Un luogo di pace e tranquillità nel punto più importante della città inserita nell’atmosfera medievale e nel verde della campagna umbra.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.
