Lesena koča s pokritim masažnim bazenom na vrhu hriba, obdana z gozdovi in prelepo naravo. V koči kuhinja z vso opremo ter udobna ležišča z razgledom v zgornjem nadstropju. Odlično izhodišče za pohode po okolici in vrhovih v bližini ali kolesarjenje. Rakitna ima čisto naravo, najboljši zrak in pitno vodo iz pipe.

Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.
