Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located right on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Lavender House is a beautifully restored period cottage in the heart of Ewhurst Green, with views over the iconic Bodiam Castle, one of the most photographed landmarks in East Sussex. Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Newly built semi-detached cosy single storey cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage is wheel chair friendly. It has one very spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single bed. Also a sofa bed located in the front room for extra guests. Pets are also allowed. Parking directly out side with step free access to the cottage. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Starnash Farmhouse Accommodation

Starnash is a cosy farmhouse on 3 acres of land; the east side is self-contained for 8 guests. A shepherd’s hut in the garden can be hired separately (when available) for 2 more people, so we can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. If you’re looking to get away and be just off the beaten track then Starnash is the place for you. Here you are surrounded by nature & birdsong and within a few miles of beaches, woodland walks, the South Downs AONB, quirky villages and vibrant towns.

With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds
