Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located right on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

A Slice of Heaven by the Sea. A spacious, light-filled, cosy home, which has been recently renovated (2024) with much love. It’s a detached bungalow with lots of private space. Beyond the back garden there is the Salt Haven Brook with peaceful countryside views and only bird chatter to sometimes disturb you! A 1 min walk away & you are on Pevensey Bay’s lovely shingle beach and a 5-10 min walk will take you to the shops, cafés & restaurants, to the welcoming Castle Inn Pub and beach Aqua Bar.

Set on the beach, this stunning house is a tranquil seaside retreat. Watch the sun rise over the sea while sipping your (early) morning coffee; enjoy a yoga session by the lapping waves, or jump in for some wild swimming... Seasalt sleeps up to eight people (maximum six adults) and is stylishly furnished throughout. With floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to a beachfront patio garden from the living area and two of the four bedrooms, it boasts panoramic views over the sea.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
