Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Genießen Sie Wandern, Mountainbiken, Spaziergänge, wunderschöne Almen und Wasserfälle. Familien freuen sich über Freibad, Minigolf und Sommerrodelbahn. Der Skilift Karkogel ist ganz in der Nähe.

Daheim in den Ferien. Das bekommt man im "Eggergütl", das zum Bergsteigerdorf Ramsau gehört, zu spüren. Es liegt auf 1.000 m an einem Südhang - mit herrlichem Blick auf die beeindruckenden Berge des Berchtesgadener Lands. Man hat das ganze Haus (100 qm) und den Garten für sich. So kann man es sich im Liegestuhl auf Balkon und 2 Terrassen richtig gemütlich machen. Eine Besonderheit ist das Schlafzimmer mit großem Panoramafenster.
