Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist Teil eines Einfamilienhauses welches wir als Familie bewohnen, ist jedoch vollständig abgetrennt mit eigenem Eingang. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, Bad mit WC/ Badewanne/Waschmaschine/Trockner, vollausgestatt. Wohnküche mit TV und Bettsofa für weitere 2 Pers. Eigene kostenfreie PP direkt am Haus + 380V-Anschluss für E-Autos.

Das frisch renovierte und erweiterte Appartement befindet sich im Herzen von Füssen, mitten in der romantischen Fußgängerzone. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nahezu sichtbarer Reichweite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Lechaschau/ Reutte Ferienwohnung Armella

Coronainfo: Da uns die Sicherheit unserer Gäste sehr wichtig ist, wird die gesamte Ferienwohnung vor/ nach jedem Gast gründlichst gereinigt und desinfiziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt, -falls gewünscht-, völlig kontaktlos! Unsere gemütliche neu renovierte große Ferienwohnung in Lechaschau befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus direkt an der B189 (inner Orts) ins Lechtal. Da es sich um ein sehr altes Haus handelt, ist die Deckenhöhe im Vergleich zu Neubauten recht niedrig.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains.
