Many colleges nearby: Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Villanova. Shopping, restaurants, etc. Minutes to CC Phila. via R5 Train which is 2 miles away, (RT 100 High Speed Line) at end of street. Cats are on property but they are never in the space.
