It resides in a secure fully fenced compound along Villarosa road. Several hundred meters away from public beach and walking distance to famous restaurants and bars. Just few steps to sari-sari store, water refilling station and a laundry shop. Few minutes from airport, malls and public market.( still depends on traffic)

Solar lighted, outdoor shower, outhouse toilet & bath w wastewater system. Amenities upon request. Airbnb now includes withholding taxes up to P400 per night hence the price increase.
