Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

In Villam is a newly built apartment where each area is extremely stylish and modern. You can also take advantage of an outdoor area for pet and a baby cot is available on request. Located in the first floor, this apartment has direct access to our 500 SQM garden and also to a privet courtyard. Access to our beautiful panoramic terrace is granted to our guest also. There is an adjacent bedroom with and independent entry that can be booked separately. It the second bedroom is booked 4 guest can be accommodated in the apt.

Tiny House w/ seaview, pool +secluded gardens

A beautiful tiny house in a tranquil mountain valley between Positano and Montepertuso. Away from the crowds at the beach but near enough to walk down in 20 minutes. The house is not at streel level, there are 465 steps down from the road in Montepertuso. You must be fit and able to climb steps and carry your bags down. Heavy luggage is not advised. The house has a separate front door, living area, small kitchen, fridge, low ceilinged bathroom and bedroom with balcony overlooking pool.

Ancient Medieval Chapel in Amalfi

Sospesa tra l'azzurro del cielo e del mare, l'antica cappella medioevale è il luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante a contatto con la natura del bel giardino ricco di alberi da frutta ed orti. Stupendamente affacciata sulla Costa d'Amalfi gode una vista che abbraccia da Capo d'Orso all'Isola di Capri con i suoi Faraglioni. L'edificio ,tutto in pietra, era un'antica chiesa di culto eremitico del XI secolo. E' stata restaurata utilizzando antichi materiali. Animali non ammessi.

Casa Licia is a beautiful independent house in a residential complex, in the upper area of Positano and enjoys a wonderful view. Inside the park there are a swimming pool, that can be used for free, and a private parking for your car. Consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with a breathtaking coastal view of Positano. There's a garden equipped with barbecue and an outdoor oven where you can relax after a day on the beach or by the pool.
