The house is bicycle and chicken themed. Fences and gates feature bike parts and 6 hens live in the backyard coop. Private entrance and off street parking.

This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.

Beautiful flood irrigated neighborhood for morning and evening walks. Large garage allows parking for 2 vehicles. House is located behind the main home (1 acre total). You might see/hear children playing outside in the yard during the day :) Landscaping is a work in progress!
