Convenient walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops, and you can typically find live music close by 7 nights a week! The house has a semi-private, partially fenced-in front court yard and a small private fenced-in back yard, hardscaped with artificial grass and pavers. Pet fee: starts at $75.
