A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. “Down by the Bay” is a great place to call home regardless of how short your stay! This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville.
