Our home in Nature! Post & beam house w/ cabin-like, rustic feel, made of pines milled from forest behind house. Piano for songwriters. Borders state forest w/ trails waterfalls, creeks, caves, old growth forest, lookout at summit, 5000 acres of Mt. Toby... Lots of sugar maples - prime location for leaf peeping. Mon/Tues blocked for cleaning, but message if you want a week stay! 5-10 min to Montague Bookmill, Mt Sugarloaf, Historic Deerfield, 15-25 min to Amherst, Northampton, Greenfield.

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

Just a 9-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the public beach (the beautiful Stockbridge Bowl). BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit . Tanglewood is just minutes away.

The Hideaway Camp

The Hideaway Camp is a very private cabin on a 100 acre property. There are hiking/x country ski trails on the property and close access to the VAST trails. A scenic 20 acre pond for kayack and canoeing and a brook with a rustic cocktail deck overlooking it. the Jacksonville General store is 2 minutes away and it is warm and friendly with all the groceries you might need. The cabin is well stocked for cooking and with high speed internet you can WFH or stream favorite shows.

Our incredible 4-bedroom home is situated on 2 beautiful secluded acres in picture perfect Monterey - the quintessential Berkshire County getaway, with modern kitchen, screened porch, 2 fireplaces a fabulous outdoor hot tub and a beautiful brook on the property. Enjoy hiking the Appalachian Trail in nearby Beartown State Forest or kayaking and swimming in the incomparable Lake Garfield. We are a quick ride to Ski Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington.

Paradise Boathouse

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The Paradise Boathouse is your hideout in the woods, nearby to Lake Wyola. Come to retreat and reset in this charming cabin with cobblestone chimney and mini- claw foot tub. This is a perfect place for writers and nature lovers. In winter enjoy the wood stove and a view of the lake below. Ice skating, ice fishing and x cross country skiing are right outside your door. And in summer swimming, boating and hiking!

Enjoy our peaceful (pet friendly) home, just a short drive to the center of Norfolk. Great for friends and/or family visits. Board games, puzzles and books inside for all; fire pit outside. Front & side decks, are perfect for relaxing. Access great cafes, shops & cultural delights in Norfolk. The nearby Ellen Battell Stoeckel Estate hosts Yale's Summer Chamber Music Concert series.
