A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Warden Camp on Kingsbury Pond, Couples retreat/ATV

**Your Remote Paradise on Kingsbury Pond** Escape to a serene, off-the-grid cabin on Kingsbury Pond. Ideal for couples or families, this cozy retreat offers mornings with coffee by the water, where you’ll hear ducks and loons. Enjoy days of kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, or relaxing in the custom wood-fired sauna. Unwind by the fire pit under starlit skies, and for thrill-seekers, explore ATV trails right from the cabin. This is the perfect sanctuary to unplug and reconnect with nature.

East Smith Pond Camp

This lakefront cabin is about 5 minutes from Millinocket, Maine and near Baxter State Park. The deck outside and four season porch both overlook the beautiful waterfront westerly sunset views of Smith Pond.This waterfront property has a sandy beach , great for swimming ,kayaks and very good fishing with fire pit for relaxing . The inside has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. There is a loft bedroom accessible with ladder access that also has a full size bed.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Waters Edge Cottage

This peaceful camp is just perfect for you and your family or friends to see how much this beautiful part of Maine has to offer. It rests on its own private lot in a calm cove on South Twin Lake. It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. The cottage is well equipped and has all new appliances, an eat-in kitchen as well as a gas and charcoal grill outside. Get back to the best things about life! Relax in our quiet cove. Our quaint home is tucked away in a wooded corner on Lake Sebec. We invite you to explore the lake and land. Go for walks, swim, kayak, boat, hike, or hang back and read, play games, make a meal with friends, or work, if you must. Warm up by the indoor fireplace after a nearby hike on a brisket autumn eve or roast marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit. Sit down by the lake and take in the life that surrounds you.

Upta Camp

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take a hike down one of the trails out back, or swim in the cool clear water of the spring fed pond off the back porch. Cozy up during a storm by the fire with a good book, or wet a line on a clear morning off the back steps and catch supper! It’s all in one comfy cabin property to get away from it all. Only a few miles to Dover-Foxcroft, or Sebec Lake. Far enough away to get away, but close enough to the amenities and sights.

Luxurious and very private lake front cottage

This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.
