My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

This Downtown Pismo Beach Condo is 2 blocks from the beach and right in the heart of everything Pismo has to offer. There is a beautiful kitchen, living room and half bath downstairs with comfortable bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Outside you will find a cozy oasis with lounge sofa, dining table, umbrella and bbq grill. The condo comes with two rare and desirable off-street parking spots. You can walk to the beach, the restaurants, bars, shops and everything you came to Pismo to enjoy.

The country meets the sea in this laid-back, picturesque surf town. Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!

Country living neighborhood with plenty of eucalyptus trees, birds and various other wildlife nearby. Hosts are on the same property about 30 yards away and can make sure you enjoy your stay and answer any questions you might have but make sure to respect your privacy.

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms! It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.
