Our studio apartment is located in Pula (Krležina Street 31) in an older building from 1980. The building does not look very attractive, but the apartment is completely renovated and is ideal for two people. The nearest BEACH is 500 meters away or 5-10 minutes walk. The CITY CENTER is 1.8 km from the apartment. And with the car or by bus can be reached in 5-7minute. Shopping centre Max city is 1 km away where are many bigger essential stores and (super)market.

Apartment Manuel is on the top of the house with a sea view. It is only 200 meters from the sea. It is modernly equipped and spacious. You can park your car in front of the apartment. There are many palm trees around the apartment, in the yard of the house. Behind the house, there is a fireplace where you can grill and enjoy nature. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. It has a hairdryer, ironing board and iron.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
