Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Bad en Suite, und Einbauschränken, eine großzügige Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin. Im Obergeschoss gibt es 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad und Badewanne.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

Our house is located on an old country road that connects Campanet with Pollença, crossing a beautiful valley about 12 km long, surrounded by mountains, nature, and farmhouses. It’s a very peaceful area, perfect for disconnecting from the daily grind. The property features a spacious terrace and a large garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors at any time of the day.
