Red Dog Retreat is settled back from the road amongst the trees. 2.75 mi directly up the hill from downtown Broad St. A 7min easy drive to Historic Downtown Nevada City & 15mins to the Yuba River. Walking and biking trails are steps away from our property and we are a short drive to Scott's Flat Reservoir. Bring your boats, bikes & kayaks! Grill and sit around the fire pit on our wrap around deck. We love our peaceful home and look forward to sharing it with guests from all backgrounds.

Downtown Little Pearl Victorian

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this historic centrally-located place. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

Sugarloaf Madrone Studio

Sugarloaf Madrone Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 Hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

New construction in 2018.The house is 3100 ft.² with a 1200 ft.² detached garage.We are centrally located about 70 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and two hours from the ocean. We are about 3 miles off I 80 so we have easy access. Our elevation here is 2380 so we are below the snow line. All the lots in this subdivision are around 5 acres and we are at the end of the road so we have great privacy and a spectacular view from about anywhere in the house and the pool.

The Little House on Broad Street

Located steps away from historic downtown Nevada City this beautifully renovated cabin is perfect for your stay in our charming town. Private and cozy, you'll be a 2 min walk from all of the action of downtown, local bars, cafes, restaurants, boutiques and hiking trails. With just less than a 10 min drive to the beautiful crystal blue swimming pools of the Yuba River this will truly be your gateway to relax and unwind or for a fun adventure in the Sierra.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

The Crooked Inn

The Crooked Inn is truly a gem located right between walking distance to both the Auburn State Rec Area and Downtown Auburn. All the benefits of a house, with all the conveniences of a hotel. Owned and operated by me, a local Auburn resident, it's easy to feel at home while on the road. From an extensively stocked kitchen, oversized towels down to night lights so that you can find your way to that midnight snack without stubbing a toe.
