Little Bay Trees No. 6 is a self-contained, modern & comfortable annex, attached to our main residence but offers its own private entrance, parking space, and outdoor area. Enjoy access to countryside walks, charming country pubs, market towns, National Trust properties, and much more. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The annex sleeps up to 3 people (at a push 4) but please note there is only a small dining table with 2 chairs. We welcome one well-behaved dog.

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
