The house is build for the needs of tropical climate. High ceilings, no Windows, beautiful wood. There is no need for A/C. We also would not like to have A/C for several reasons: it's terrible for our climate, the noise pollution, Mosquito nets instead of windows. If this resonates with you, then we match! 🫶

Enjoy coffee on the front porch while you take in the beautiful gardens. You might spot a troup of howler or capuchin monkeys, or maybe even a sloth. Often you can hear the sound of the ocean. We have dozens of fruit trees and a flock of ducks that roam the property. If you'd like, we are happy to give you a tour of our little farm.

It is surrounded by many Ara nests, so they are common visitors during the evening hours of sunset. You can also see spider monkeys, howler monkeys, sloths and many more in the branches of ancient trees on the property. Many fruits are growing in the garden and you are welcome to enjoy any that are in season when you visit!
