Beautiful beachfront house for up to ten people. Located just 30 m. from a white sandy beach and surrounded by lush nature. Private swimming pool. Coral reefs. Puerto Viejo town, with all its amenities and nightlife, is only a few kilometers away (about 7 minutes by car). A small grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The garden is full of tropical flora and fauna , monkeys, toucans, and more are seen. The sea is usually calm, clear, and very safe for swimming and snorkeling.

Ba Ko ("your place" in indigenous bri-bri language) is an eco-friendly stylish cabin in the outskirts of Puerto Viejo. It's close to the village downtown (walking distance or 5 minute bike ride), but located in a quieter nice area. All the property (the cabin and the surrounding garden with pool) is private and for the exclusive use of the guests. This wonderful two-bedroom second-floor apartment can host up to 4 persons and is located in a tranquil and safe area in Cocles. The beach can be reached in under 5 walking-minutes. The house is build for the needs of tropical climate. High ceilings, no Windows, beautiful wood. There is no need for A/C. We also would not like to have A/C for several reasons: it's terrible for our climate, the noise pollution, Mosquito nets instead of windows. If this resonates with you, then we match! 🫶
