Appartamento molto tranquillo, ubicato nella zona alta di Playa del Cura ma con facile accesso pedonale alla zona della spiaggia. Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.

Enjoy this elegant studio that is situated only 5 min by foot from Puerto Rico beach. It is close to all the shops and life in the centre. But still quiet and relaxing. The optimal place to unwind and charge your batteries. The studio is well equipped and cosy.
