It has direct access to the private beach.

From the garden, you step directly onto the beach. Ivy Marey is a private beachfront villa with an infinity pool, balconies, and large windows that offer stunning ocean views from every level. Located in Playa Shalpa, Surf City, within a gated community surrounded by tropical forest, it offers privacy and direct access to a semi-private volcanic sand beach. Very close to El Zonte, El Sunzal, and El Tunco, it is an ideal retreat to relax, disconnect, and enjoy life by the ocean.

This is our family beach house, it is beachfront with amazing ocean-views surrounded by palm trees. Its thatched roof out of palm leafs gives it a tropical flair. The main house is round-shaped with foldable sliding doors & windows (feel free to ask our caretaker to close them for you at night/open in the morning). The pool is very big and has a deep and a shallow area suitable for children. The third bedroom is located in a third, new area next to the pool with ocean view.

Oceanfront, large covered terraces. All bedrooms include AC IS FOR NIGHT TIME ONLY. Daily cleaning service of common areas. Bedrooms are cleaned every 3 days for stays longer than one week. Included a cook to prepare breakfasts/lunch or lunch/dinner, staffs works 8 HOURS PER DAY.
