This impressive holiday home, partially powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), with 4 bedrooms, sea views, a private heated pool, and a jacuzzi, offers everything one could wish for a perfect, relaxing, and comfortable holiday — whether for a large family or a group of friends. Located in a quiet and safe residential area right in front of Ensenada Pelada beach, it features a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area under a romantic wooden pergola, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Canary Islands climate, a dining area also protected by a pergola, and a large barbecue. The very spacious living room with open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, including a water filtration system. Three double bedrooms and an independent studio with air conditioning, two double beds, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms with showers — one of which has a whirlpool bathtub with sea views — guarantee the privacy of all guests. You will also find a complete towel set. You’ll enjoy every corner of this special property, both its outdoor spaces and its warm, comfortable interior furnishings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe, and an alarm system. The center of El Médano is only a few minutes away by car. Due to its proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we inform our guests that on very windy days, large amounts of sand may accumulate in the pool area, which could affect the outdoor appearance. Likewise, because of the proximity to Tenerife South Airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The total built area of the house is 190 m², including the studio. The plot is 350 m². The pool measures 7.50 m × 3.60 m and is 1.60 m/1.70 m deep, except at the entrance where the depth is about 35 cm over an area of approximately 2 m². Included in the rental price are fiber-optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an ironing set. Please note that this holiday home is equipped with a visible surveillance camera system in the shared outdoor areas, to provide greater security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record footage; they only serve for motion detection and possible activation of the alarm system. We kindly remind guests that this is a residential property. Therefore, we ask you to respect quiet hours (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), not to host parties, and not to smoke inside the accommodation. This garden was selected to be included on the book "Gardens of Spain" and the only one in Tenerife. The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Probably the mostly cosy corner is its elegant swimming pool and the outdoor lounge, inviting to enjoying languidly the sunny winter afternoons and the sunsets all year round. Das Haus (65qm) liegt im Südosten Teneriffas in Abades, also auf der sonnigeren Seite der Insel. Sie wohnen ca. 1- 2 Gehminuten vom Badestrand entfernt. Hier gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele kleine Bars und Restaurants, sowie zwei Tauchschulen, Spielplätze, Tennisplätze und Vieles mehr. Der Sandstrand ist überraschend wenig frequentiert und eignet sich super zum Baden, Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohn-Essküche und eine sehr schöne und sonnige Terrasse (56qm).

Este maravilloso dúplex se encuentra en primera línea de mar y ofrece unas vistas directas a la bahía del Porís de Abona (Atlántico). Este idílico y tranquilo pueblo pesquero es el lugar ideal para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. La avenida marítima que recorre la costa invita a largos paseos a pie o en bicicleta. La bahía permite la práctica de una gran variedad de deportes acuáticos: natación, buceo, esnórquel, surf, paddle surf, piragüismo. Comercios a pocos minutos a pie.

The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
