We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.

It is a secure site where you can park your car. We share our huge swimming pool (23 m long). In hacienda pinilla, You could enjoy in to play golf, pickeball, ride a bike, surfing (with additional costs). We also have a dog.
