The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. Prvi dućan je udaljen 50 metara te Špar trgovina sa većim izborom je udaljena 500 metara od apartmana. Centar Crikvenice je udaljen 3 minute autom ili 20 minuta pješke. Bliži centar Selce je udaljen 10 minuta pješke ili 2 minute autom.

Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.
